The following points should be taken care of while orientation course is planned:
- Orientation needs when new things are introduced:
- While introducing new curriculum, syllabus, textbooks
- While introducing new policies (NCFSE2023/NEP 2020/NCF RTI / RTE etc.), examination reforms, system of evaluation (CCE) etc.
- When there is a need to organize new state/national level competitions
- The list is neither complete nor exhaustive, rather has to be updated with every change in educational arena. Further, the listed areas are can be swapped based on the need of the times.
