The following points should be taken care of while Induction course is planned:
- Newly appointed teachers will undergo Induction training of 10 days duration in the first year of their joining, preferably prior to their joining.
- Every group ‘A’ officer will have to undergo mandatory induction course of minimum duration of 15- day either before joining the post or within 03 months of joining of the post.
- Every Principal/Vice-Principal will have to undergo mandatory induction course of minimum duration of 10- day within 03 month of joining of the post.
- Every Teacher will have to undergo mandatory induction course of minimum duration of 10- day within 03 month of joining of the post.
- Every non-teaching staff will have to undergo mandatory induction course of 15- day duration within 03 months of joining of the post.

- Training in allied activities like class teacher, House Masters, Scout/Guide activities, Escort Duties, PTA handling etc.
- Knowledge about the institution, its structure, norms, and expectation
