To enable teachers to perform better by providing assistance in developmental of academic areas, communication skills, classroom transaction skills/methodology, evaluation skills and student development.
To enable the teachers to identify students with Disabilities /learning Disabilities & integrate them with the rest to have effective Inclusive Education in class room.
To empower teachers by creating awareness in the Non Academic but Vital Areas essential for Class room Transaction, student development & prevention of student Abuse.
To strengthen the Administrative abilities of Principals by developing the knowledge and skills essential for the assignment.
To develop the office staff to be able to handle the official duties especially pertaining to Finance , Official Language etc.
